Sage

Sage (Salvia officinalis) is a hardy perennial herb with soft grey-green leaves. Aromatic in flavour, it is commonly used in cooking and herbal teas; and has traditionally been used as a medicinal herb. It has pretty blue flowers which bloom in late summer.
