Coriander

Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is an annual herb, known as cilantro in the US, used globally in cooking for its citrusy leaves and warm, spicy seeds. All parts are edible, with leaves popular in Asian/Mexican dishes and seeds commonly used in curries. It is easy to grow, preferring cool, well-lit conditions, and is rich in antioxidants.
